FARM INVESTMENT
My allergies have become very severe and I am exploring to sell the farm or find partners/investors to invest in the farm and carry out projects that I am now unable to complete. - Jag
It is with a sad and very heavy heart I have to announce that due to my severe allergies, I am unable to continue the projects that I had envisioned for the farm. My allergies are so severe that I have to wear a full face N95 mask and even then I cannot be outside for more than an hour due to severe allergic reaction from pollen in spring.
I own a 20 acre USDA certified organic farm. I have already completed the planting of various varieties of fruits and berries. 17 acres have been planted including 9 acres of Cherries, 3 acres of blueberries, an acre of peaches, an acre of nectarines, an acre consisting Apricots, Apriums, Plums, Pluots, and Pears. Many varieties of fruit and berries have been planted and producing such as blackberries, raspberries, tayberries, loganberries, grapes, strawberries, apples, jujube, pomegranate, avocado, prunes, almonds, and figs. The property includes a large natural pond with resident ducks and chickens and a smaller koi pond (70% completed) with waterfall for relaxation. The property includes a 3000 sqft main house, 1200 sqft guest house, 1500 sqft workshop, 800 sqft greenhouse, two pumps: one producing 50gpm and second one producing 500gpm, and complete farm equipment including 3 tractors, ride-on mower, tractor implements, and various farming tools.
Due to my health situation, I am unable to work on several projects that I envision on the farm such as: building a picnic/event area to hold birthday and graduation parties, holding gardening classes, farm tours, and farm rides using the classic farm truck and a tractor train, and furthermore, very lucrative projects of converting the main house and guest house into bed and breakfast farm stay and a wedding venue.
